Ezylife Community Care welcomes your feedback to help us understand your experience, and to better meet the needs of families in the community. we are always trying to improve the ways we work alongside children and adults with disability. 

What is feedback?

Feedback can include:

  • Concerns for anything that makes you feel unhappy, worried or unsure.
  • Any comments surrounding Ezylife Community Care including anything you are happy about.
  • Ideas of ways Ezylife Community Care could improve their services or any general comments regarding the customer experience

What happens once we receive your feedback?

We will acknowledge your feedback by either an email or phone as soon as possible. A member of our Client Engagement team may contact you to gather additional information. We aim to complete a review of your feedback and respond within 5 working days. If you are still unhappy with the outcome, you may request the matter to be reviewed by a member of our Executive team.
